Is that 405# on the bar Ben? That’s freaking awesome!
I believe it’s 304lbs or right around that weight. Still a HUGE lift! And to think she did it a while back and it’s probably 150%+ of her bodyweight too. That’s a good pull for a man. And a ridiculous pull for a woman!
