*Overall Notes: Very short gripper workout on purpose. I spent a large portion of the day power washing the house and scraping and painting inside. Those things tend to pump up my forearms, but not in a good way. First attempt on the T7 was the best and the set was just barely outside parallel. The 2nd attempt was also very close. Only off about 1/16″. Lefty I closed Blobert’s 154lb #3 with room to spare.
Time to send my T7 out to Matt Cannon so he can calibrate it and send me the results. I sold my power rack, otherwise I’d be able to calibrate my own grippers still.
