*Overall Notes: Strength was cruddy today but that’s probably due more to my 2″ vbar workout from yesterday and today’s morning workout. Fighting off the beginning of a cold too so all in all it’s not a total loss. The Super Elite misses were both about 1/16″. The 160lb #3 was near my limit today.
