The setup was my (2) 35s and the pinch width was 64mm.
*Notes: The 3rd attempt was oh so close. Had to review the video a few times but it was about 2″ short. Got about 3″ of movement on the first attempt, 5″ on the 2nd, and 2″ on the 4th. Was not happy about missing that weight 4 times. It’ll rise next time I think. This is obviously the setup that I think more closely predicts what I’ll lift on an actual Euro setup. The pinch width is wider than what I’ll use on the Euro (48mm), but since it’s about the same diameter of plates it feels different enough from the Mouse Pinch to be noticeable at the higher weights.
Also need to stop trying to max out every workout. That’s not training, that’s testing. Need to remember what Brent and you other guys have said about actually training and increasing the volume bit by bit.
