The setup was my (2) 35s and the pinch width was 64mm.
*Notes: Full lift and under full control. Still felt heavy though.
*Notes: Got about 1″ of air on the first attempt and nothing on the next 2 attempts. Just not a good 2HP day. Probably waited too long (6 days) between my last pinch workout so maybe that’s a good reminder to try for 2 pinch workouts a week.
