*Overall Notes: Been WAY longer than I realized since I did a gripper workout unless I just forgot to list one! The last I have listed is on May 4th. Guess I’ve been focusing on the pinch lately and “forgot” about the gripper workouts. Dang… Gripper strength wasn’t bad though even though I missed the easy SE twice.
