6-24-10: Reverse Bending


6-24-10, Thursday

REVERSE BENDING

-4″X4″ pads: 1/4″X7″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 58 degrees in 4 seconds.

-Ironmind pads: 7/32″X7″ Music Wire only wobbled!  Gave it 3 hard hits and it just flexed right back to almost straight.  Might’ve put a 2 degree kink in this bar. 

-Ironmind pads: 6″ G5-TY to 40 degrees in 2 seconds.  Felt harder than the time limit might suggest though.

-Ironmind pads: 6″ G5-TY to 35 degrees in 10 seconds.  Took 2 hits and I had to switch leads.  Not a good day for reverse bending. 

*Overall Notes: No skin off my back when my reverse bending sessions aren’t strong.  Compared to my DO heyday, these are chump change anyway.  I don’t worry about it at all anymore.  Just getting a bit of reverse work in and right now don’t care how weak it is.
