-171 for 3 MISSES…first 2 attempts were halfway to the height gauge. 3rd attempt was no movement at all
*Overall Notes: 2HP is going down again. Not much to say besides I hope that it’s mainly due to the awesomely high humidity in my garage. Otherwise, I should just quit training it and sell my pinch training stuff because I never have liked training pinch anyway.

-150…pull to under knee-right hand, pulled about 1″-left hand
-100X1…clean-right hand, -high pull-left hand
*Overall Notes: I almost managed to turn the 118lbs over at the top and clean it instead of just pulling it to my waist. That’ll be the goal to first clean that weight and then to snatch it eventually.
