7-2-10: TNS Grippers

7-2-10, Friday


-Trainer-X10-both hands, -#1X5-both hands, -#2 for 10 sets of 5-both hands

*Notes: Nothing more than keeping my hands from going “dumb.”  I knew I’d be helping a friend move to Minnesota on Saturday and Sunday.  So I kept all training to a bare minimum with that in mind.  Plus, any time I drive for more than an hour at a time (this trip was about 8 hours each way) I grip the steering wheel way harder than I need to (I can’t control myself) so it tends to fry my grip for a while too.
