7-8-10: Bench Press


My 2nd workout since deciding to rehab my shoulder for what I hope is the last time and be able to bench press and overhead press without any shoulder pain.  Will take it very easy until my body responds positively and the pain goes away.  Even the empty bar is a little tender but it wasn’t “warning-type” pain.

-95X8…paused each rep…very light but it bothered my shoulder quite a bit to pause

*Overall Notes: 3 minutes rest between all sets except for the 185X5 set and that was 5 minutes rest.  Very detrained and my arms felt fatigued.  Never feel bench press in my chest so that is never a sign I can use to my benefit.  Weighed 220lbs today.
