REVERSE BENDING-IRONMIND PADS

-1/4″X6.75″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 56 degrees in 5 seconds in 2 hits

-1/4″X6.5″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 55 degrees in 4 seconds…one long hit

-1/4″X6″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 53 degrees in 4 seconds…one long hit

-1/4″X6″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 48 degrees in 4 seconds…one long hit

-1/4X5.37″ Drill Rod (O-1) to 53 degrees in 12 seconds…2 long hits

-6″ G5-TY to 19 degrees in 12 seconds…wrists were a bit tired and my right forearm tweak announced itself a bit
