*Overall Notes: 160X1 is miserable. Even for me. This might be my last 2HP workout. I’ll mull it over and figure out what to do next. I’m tired of training the damn lift and actually getting WEAKER as I accumulate workouts. My time might be better spent selling my pinch (and other grip equipment) apparatus and buying some Highland Games training equipment. Will report back in a week when I decide what to do.
