Did this workout on the road to Wichita to visit relatives and celebrate the 60th birthday of my wonderful father-in-law.
TNS-#2 for 85 SINGLES-both hands
*Overall Notes: Just did singles throughout the 2-hour drive because it was simpler than doing reps. I just did a rep and then switched hands and repeated that until I did a cluster of 5-10 reps. Then I’d rest however long I felt like and repeat the process. By sticking with singles I kept the average tension much higher than if I did reps though.
