*Notes: Just did a few sets to see where my strength is at on no set grippers after a 4-month grip training layoff. Not bad at all. Top-end strength is undoubtedly down but I’ve at least kept the minimum strength level that I hoped for – the ability to TNS close my 146lb #3 with either hand. It was a bit harder than it was in July, but still doable on demand.
