1-24-11: MMS Grippers – the downward spiral

A mediocre workout righty, but pretty strong lefty.  It’s been about a month since my left hand felt at its normal strength level.  Today it was back to its old self.

1-24-11, Monday


-Warmup: 3 explosive TNS singles with Trainer, #1, and #2-both hands

-146lb #3×1-both hands

-160lb #3×1-right hand, -154lb #3×1-left hand     *Notes: Very solid both hands.

-169lb Super Elite-MISS-right hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/16″. 

-160lb #3×1-left hand     *Notes: Pretty solid close.

-169lb Super Elite-x1-right hand     *Notes: Decent close but not super strong. 

-T7-MISS-right hand     *Notes: By 1/8″.

-T7-MISS-right hand     *Notes: By 1/16″. 

-RB300-MISS-right hand     *Notes: By 3/16″.  Not a good ending for this workout but my right hand was done for some reason.
