Did a bunch of low rep exercises with light kettlebells throughout the night. Some halos, cleans, swings, and curls. Soon I’ll start putting some real effort into a more cardio-oriented routine but I wanted to ease myself back into the kettlebell work. Still can’t snatch or press lefty due to some shoulder stiffness and accumulated injuries on that side. But everything else feels pretty good lately.
Single-arm kettlebell curls are fast becoming my favorite exercise.
