SAXON PLANK DEADLIFT

-147×1     *Notes: Contest-legal lift with a pause at the top.  Felt like a max effort.  Should’ve done more warmup pulls but it was running about 15 degrees in my garage and I didn’t feel like doing a bunch of warming up when my hands were freezing. 

-149×1     *Notes: Another contest-legal lift with a pause at the top. 

-160-MISS     *Notes: Didn’t even budge this weight a millimeter.  Did a 3-second ISO with it though so it wasn’t all lost.

-149×1     *Notes: Another contest-legal lift with a pause at the top.  I was barely able to hold onto this the entire time.
