2-6-11: TNS Grippers


This was just another workout to “grease the groove” and keep my hands from what I call “getting dumb” after a hard workout – and before my grip contest on Saturday.  I will get at least one more workout in that focuses on the USAWA National Grip Championships events before Saturday. 

2-6-11, Sunday

TNS GRIPPERS 

Warmup: Trainer-x1-both hands, -#1×5 singles-both hands, -#2×12 singles-both hands

-Atomgripz Triple Band-x3 singles-right hand, -x1-left hand

-146lb #3×10 singles-right hand

-146lb #3-Using 3 Fingers (pinky off)-x2 singles-right hand

*Overall Notes: Not a bad workout with my right hand.  Lefty felt sluggish and a bit weak.  Enjoyed showing a friend the 3-finger TNS closes on my easy #3.
