Did an unstructured kettlebell workout that mostly consisted of:
-Halos. Low weight and reps in the 20 range.
-Clean & Press. For low reps and moderate weight.
Didn’t do too much work or push too hard since I would normally be resting on this day (and forward until the contest) but I just had to do something or I’d burst.
-One-Arm Swings. Low weight and low reps.
