2-13-11: Super Secret Wrist Strength Training


SUPER SECRET WRIST STRENGTH TRAINING

The day after the contest I actually felt like training so I did some of my new wrist strength training – with the help of Chris Rice – until I got a nice forearm pump.  Then I quit for the day.  This involved supination, pronation, front lever, and rear lever.  Will not expand on this until I get the okay from Chris – about 30 days or so.
