Did this MMS Gripper workout right after my 20mm Block Set Gripper workout. Didn’t have chalk on hand and I was a little tired and weakened by the previous gripper work. Still a good workout though all in all.
-160lb #3 for 7 singles-right hand *Notes: This was my best MMS close of the night. Missed my 169lb Super Elite by about an 1/8″.
-146lb #3 for 3 singles-left hand *Notes: All were pretty hard since my hands were a bit smoked.
-Atomgripz Triple Band-x1-left hand *Notes: This gripper really loads up on the final 1/8″.
-Atomgripz Triple Band-x1-both hands
-146lb #3×1-right hand, -MISS-left hand *Notes: Pretty hard close righty after the other gripper work.
-HG300x2-right hand, -x1-left hand *Notes: Only missed my 2nd rep lefty by 1/8″.
