2-21-11, Monday

SUPER SECRET WRIST STRENGTH TRAINING

*Notes: Supination, Pronation, Front Lever, Rear Lever – all for 1 set of varying reps with the same weight. 

KNEE-UPS AND HALOS

*Notes: 15lb KB for 3 sets of 20 reps on the Halos.  Just 3 sets of 10 on the knee-ups.
