It’s been a while since my last gripper workout. Not by plan, but more by other things going on the past few weeks. Just did a bare bones workout to keep my hands from going dumb.
-#2 for 20 singles-both hands
-Atomgripz Triple Band-x1-both hands
-146lb #3 for 3 singles-right hand
*Notes: Not bad but I would’ve had a better workout if I had chalk and then I would’ve done an MMS workout to better train for the KC Qualifier II in May.
