3-6-11: Knee-ups

3-6-11, Sunday


2 sets of 15.  Nothing fancy here.  Just doing some of these every few days because I like the feel of them.

    Ya, I should be doing some of these as well. I’m getting a little to roly-poly 😀

      Me too Jason! Although I’ve heard like everyone else that spot reduction doesn’t work. It still makes everything feel tighter so it can’t be hurting anything. And the hip flexors can always use more work.
