3-10-11: TNS Grippers and Inverted TNS Grippers

TNS GRIPPERS

-Trainer-x1-both hands, -#1×1-both hands

-#2 for 12 singles-both hands

-Trainer-x10-both hands, -#1×10-both hands

*Notes: Just a light TNS gripper workout to keep my hands feeling good.

INVERTED TNS GRIPPERS

-Trainer-x1-both hands, -#1×1-both hands

-#2 for 3 singles-both hands

-Trainer-x10-both hands

*Notes: Inverted is quite a bit harder for me so I included  a few easy closes.  I have closed my easy #3 inverted TNS years ago.
