3-12-11: Halos


3-12-11, Saturday

HALOS

2 sets of 20 reps with my 16kg kettlebell.     *Notes: No pain on either set!  That’s great news for my left shoulder.  The range of motion is still extremely truncated.  No pain during the halos is still very solid progress in the right direction though.
