FBBC 2″ VERTICAL BAR
-253×1-both hands *Notes: Both pulled about twice as high as the minimum height (2″) allowed in competition. Feels good to be pulling on the official FBBC 2″ vbar again! Quite a difference between it and my USAWA 2″ vbars. Both have their strong points though.
-265-MISS-both hands *Notes: Got about 1″ of air lefty. Knew I’d get it on another try.
-265×1-left hand, -MISS-right hand *Notes: Right at the 2″ minimum height lefty. No movement righty.
-276×1-left hand, -MISS-right hand *Notes: Again, right at the 2″ height minimum lefty. Nothing righty again.
-286×1-left hand, -MISS-right hand *Notes: Barely made the 2″ height minimum lefty. Had to review the video. It was close, but it was a legal lift. Nothing righty.
*Overall Notes: Very good 2″ vbar workout! Quite happy to pull 286 pounds after such a long time spent not training with the FBBC 2″ vbar.
