3-17-11: Miscellaneous Training

3-17-11, Thursday


2 sets of 30 with a 15lb kettlebell.  Shoulders feel pretty good.


-16kg for 10 reps-both hands     *Notes: Not going for an actual workout, just doing some Gym Movement testing. 


-4 singles with a progressively heavier kettlebell on both hands.  Again, not a workout, doing more Gym Movement testing. 

*Overall Notes: This was essentially a warmup for my grip workout that followed later in the day.
