3-21-11: Mouse Pinch-48mm

3-21-11, Monday




-161×1     *Notes: Full pull.  Felt like a max lift.  Still a sucky lift, but better than last week’s 156lb travesty.

-175-MISS-on 3 attempts     *Notes: Got 2″ of air on the first attempt, nothing on the 2nd, and about 1/2″ of movement on the 3rd attempt.

-166×1     *Notes: Super hard pull.  Pulled it about 1″ over the bare minimum contest standard.

-156-MISS-on 2 attempts     *Notes: Got about 6″ of air on both attempts.  About 2″ short of the contest minimum.

-156×1     *Notes: Full pull.  Felt that “breaking” feeling in my forearms and knew it was more than time to quit this pinch workout.

*Overall Notes: 70 degrees in the garage today.  Much better pinch workout today than a few days ago.
