*Notes: Did 6 singles in the Clean and Press with escalating weight kettlebells. Then 6 sets of 5 on de-escalating weight kettlebells on the Goblet Squat. Then some Two-Hand Swings with de-escalating weight kettlebells.
Quite a nice workout and my hands were a little tired after my pinch workout earlier in the day. I already listed that workout but forgot to list this one.
This workout didn’t have any biofeedback testing as I only wanted a light kettlebell workout to kind of blow the cobwebs out.
