-152lb Atomgripz Quad Band-total of 5 MISSES-both hands *Notes: Very close on 2 attempts righty – about 1/16″ off.
-137lb #3×1-both hands, -HG300x1-both hands, Atomgripz Triple Band-x1-both hands, -#2×1-both hands, -#1×1-both hands, -Trainer-x1-both hands *Notes: All done “I-Go-You-Go” style. I did a close righty and then tossed the gripper to my left hand and replicated it. Then went to another gripper righty and tossed it to my left again. All down the line until I closed the Trainer on my last effort.
*Overall Notes: Not a bad TNS workout – but not my strongest by a long shot.
