-GNC200x1-both hands     *Notes: Very solid closes on both hands.

-GNC250-MISS-both hands     *Notes: Very close righty – not so close lefty.

-GNC250-MISS-both hands     *Notes: Same as above.

-GNC250x1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: No chalk used in this workout so that hindered me a bit.

-GNC200x1-left hand     *Notes: Even the 200 is a pretty solid gripper – especially with the small 5/8″ handles.

-GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Pretty solid close.

-GNC200x1-left hand

-GNC200x5-both hands     *Notes: Nice repping gripper with the small handles.

-GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Smashed shut and a 2-second hold.

-GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Another very strong close.

-GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Solid close.

-GNC200x3-left hand     *Notes: Strong closes.

-GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Barely got this rep.

-GNC200x3-left hand     *Notes: Build up some volume with the GNC200 lefty and see what that gets me.

*Overall Notes: Got some good TNS volume in.

  1. Good to see you are getting some use of those grippers. Stout little things arent they? What did you think of the RB210? Killer spread that one has.
