-BW-x5 *Notes: Rep PR since only about a month ago I was delighted to be able to do a single chinup again after so long not being able to due to injury. Bodyweight was 216lbs today. Shoulder was pretty tender but I gutted out the reps.
-BW-x3 *Notes: Shoulder didn’t hurt terribly – but it was definitely announcing itself to me.
-BW-x2 *Notes: Shoulder was hurting so I stopped the set and the workout.
*Overall Notes: This workout was done at a leisurely pace. The first 2 sets were separated by about 2 hours. The last 2 sets only by about 8 minutes. Wasn’t going for a density PR.
