-BW-x1 *Notes: Weight was the same as yesterday’s workout. I was home visiting family – for a funeral unfortunately – so I did a very short workout in my brother’s basement. Shoulder was pretty tender even for just 1 rep.
-BW-x1 *Notes: Did this chinup on a parallel grip handle and it was a bit too wide for my liking. Didn’t feel good on my shoulder.
-BW+25×1 *Notes: Got the rep but my shoulder hurt so I shut the workout down.
*Overall Notes: These chinups were done over about 10 minutes.
