6-7-11: TNS Grippers

6-7-11, Tuesday

WARMUP: Trainer-x5-both hands, -#1×1-both hands, -#2×1-both hands

-134lb Bone Crusher 300×1-both hands     *Notes: Smashed both hands.

-GNC250x1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/16″ lefty.  Slammed righty.

-Narrow Super Elite-MISS-right hand     *Notes: By 3/16″.  This turned out to be the closest I got it in today’s workout.

-GNC250x1-left hand     *Notes: First time TNS closing this lefty.  Barely got it.

-Narrow Super Elite-MISS-right hand     *Notes: 1/4″ off this time.

-GNC250x1-left hand     *Notes: Barely closed it.

-159lb RB330N-MISS-right hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/16″.  Not bad considering how I was faring with the harder NSE.

-137lb #3×1-left hand     *Notes: Smashed it to dust.

-159lb RB330N-MISS-right hand     *Notes: By 1/16″ again.

-137lb #3×1-left hand     *Notes: Very strong close.

-159lb RB330N-MISS-right hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/8″.  Thought I was going to close it in today’s workout but I just couldn’t recover enough strength to do it after the RB330N misses.

-129lb Atomgripz Mirror Finish Triple Band-4 singles-right hand, -3 singles-left hand     *Notes: Smashed these singles righty.

-110lb #2 for 20 SLOW singles-both hands     *Notes: These were slow TNS singles.  Meaning I closed them about twice as slowly as I usually do.

*Overall Notes: Not very much volume but enough attempts on the harder grippers to sap my strength quickly.
