6-10-11, Friday

-Trainer-x5-both hands, -#1×1-both hands, -GNC200x1-both hands

-137lb #3×1-both hands

-151lb #3×1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/8″ lefty.  Slammed it righty.

-166lb RB300x1-right hand     *Notes: Solid close.

-174lb Elite-x1-right hand     *Notes: Hard close – had to review it on video to make sure I closed it.

-179lb Elite-MISS-right hand     *Notes: Missed by 1/8″.  Not an “ON” day for grippers.

-168lb GNC300x1-right hand     *Notes: Smashed it and held shut for 2 seconds.  First time MMS closing this gripper.  Haven’t tried it more than twice though and that was on other days when I had done previous gripper work.  The GNC grippers have 5/8″ diameter handles – significantly smaller than the standard.  So that makes them harder to close.

-153lb GNC250x1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: Missed lefty by a sliver.  2-second hold righty.

-165lb Narrow Super Elite-MISS-right hand     *Notes: Missed by 3/16″.  Quite a gap on a gripper this hard.

-RB210x1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     *Notes: First time TNS closing this!  It’s a WIDE gripper.  Looks even wider than the 3 and 1/16″ it measures.  Missed by 1/4″ lefty.  Barely got it closed righty.

-RB210x1-right hand     *Notes: Got it on video.  Smashed it and held for 4 seconds.

-134lb BC300x1-both hands

-153lb GNC250x1-right hand     *Notes: Solid close.

-120lb GNC200x7-left hand      *Notes: Rep PR on this gripper lefty.

-120lb GNC200x1-both hands

-120lb GNC200x1-both hands
