Bodyweight was 215lbs. Had no set period of time between sets today. Just getting in more volume. Not trying to set a rep PR. Been 4 days since my last chinup workout.
-4 sets of 3 reps, 3 sets of 2 reps, and 6 sets of 1 rep. Total of 24 reps. *Notes: 4 more reps total than last workout. Parallel grip always feels a bit better on my left shoulder – except for today for some reason. Kept at it and pushed through a bit of pain. Not the kind of pain that is an urgent warning though.
Also tried to do a bodyweight dip on my Power Tower and it resulted in terrible (temporary luckily) pain in my left shoulder. Will not be doing those again!
