-137lb #3 for 33 singles and 1 set of 2 reps-right hand *Notes: Not super strong today but at least got a bit of volume in with my easy #3.
*Overall Notes: Got some decent volume with my easy #3 righty. Lefty did some work with the GNC200 mostly for reps. Not going to list it because I’m pressed for time and really don’t care at this point about the left hand since it won’t help me out at the grip contest in May of next year during the TNS event.
No chalk in this workout. If I had used it I might’ve gone to the 100 total rep count level and beyond.
