Bodyweight was 218lbs. About 3lbs heavier than I have been lately. Working a bunch of overtime and eating lots of ice cream. Add the two together and apparently you have weight gain, haha.
Rested 11 minutes between sets. 2 sets of 5 reps is the best I’ve done since being able to do a single pullup again less than two months ago. I was happy just to get a single set of 5 reps recently. The 5 reps were hard on each set though. Shoulder protested from the first rep on both sets so I cut my losses and didn’t go for 3 sets of 5 reps.
