6-27-11: Chinups

6-27-11, Monday


Bodyweight was 218lbs. 

-BW + 15×2     *Notes: Didn’t even mess around with unweighted chinups today.

-BW + 35×1!     *Notes: PR.  Beats my max weight chinup from a month ago by 10lbs.  Hung my 16kg kettlebell around my waist.

-BW + 15×3     *Notes: Rep PR with 15lbs added.  Hung my 15lb kettlebell around my waist. 

Always nice to hit some PRs.
