-67.2-for 2 MISSES-both hands *Notes: Nothing at all. Will be easy to “cheat” on this lift so I was trying to keep it very clean.
-51.2×1-both hands *Notes: Had quite a bit more in my right hand. Maybe 5lbs more lefty.
-61.2x1right hand, -MISS-left hand *Notes: Pulled about 4″ righty. And nothing lefty.
-66-for 2 MISSES-both hands
-66×1-right hand, -MISS-left hand *Notes: Pulled about 4″ righty and again got nothing lefty.
Very hard exercise – just like I knew it was going to be. Probably won’t continue training it only because it’s going to be way too easy to cheat and too hard to stay really strict. My buddy Mike Rinderle inspired me to give this exercise a shot though. Pretty neat and I think he’ll take it a lot farther than I can.
