My last MMS gripper workout was weak. This one was on the upswing.
-57lb Trainer for 10 reps-both hands, -81lb #1 for 5 reps-both hands, -110lb #2×1-both hands, -139lb RB210x1-right and 4 reps-left hand.
-151lb #3×1-right hand *Notes: Slammed it shut.
-166lb RB300-x1-right hand *Notes: Solid close today.
-169lb #3.5×1-right hand *Notes: Solid close – but not a lot of strength left over.
-151lb #3×1-left hand *Notes: Hard – but solid – close.
-174lb Elite-MISS-right hand *Notes: Off by 1/16″. Very tempted to try it again but I decided to go for a technically harder gripper – but one with a narrower spread.
-159lb RB330N-x1-left hand *Notes: Might be a PR this year lefty. My left hand is all over the place since last year.
-175lb HG350x1-right hand *Notes: Barely closed. First time closing this gripper actually. Not a PR but it just happened to be a loaner gripper that I only haven’t closed because of some sub-par workouts.
-175lb HG350x1-right hand *Notes: More solid than the first close.
-RB330N-for 2 MISSES-right hand *Notes: Both off by 1/8″.
-137lb #3×1-left hand *Notes: Barely closed it. Left elbow hurting quite a bit now.
-153lb GNC250x1-right hand *Notes: Very solid close.
-137lb #3×4-right hand *Notes: All but the 4th rep were very solid.
