-BW-x2 *Notes: Creaky and tender left shoulder. Not a good sign to start out that way.
-BW-x3 *Notes: Had a few more in the tank this set.
-BW-x3 *Notes: Probably had one more rep.
-BW-x2 *Notes: Time to stop. Got the reps but the shoulder was too tender to go on.
Total of 10 reps. I took plenty of rest between sets – hoping that my shoulder would loosen up a bit.
