EZ BAR REVERSE CURL

2.375″ THICKBAR DEADLIFT

Had a very well-rounded grip workout today.  I had the day off so time was not a problem.  Made myself a 2.375″ PVC thickbar and it worked pretty well.  Need to do a few simple modifications to it and it’ll be perfect.
