-166lb RB300x1-right hand Solid close and 1-second hold. Knew from this close that I would destroy the 174lb Elite and probably close my 179lb Elite too. I wasn’t disappointed.
-174lb Elite-x1-right hand 4-second hold! Crushed this gripper closed.
-179lb Elite-x1-right hand 2-second hold. Closed with authority.
-175lb HG350x1-right hand 2-second hold. Another authoritative close.
-176lb HG350x1-right hand 2-second hold. Felt harder than just 1lb above the previous HG350 close.
-174lb Elite-x1-right hand 2-second hold. Smashed it shut.
-179lb Elite-x1-right hand 1-second hold. Can’t believe I shut another high-170lbs gripper in this workout!

Could’ve continued on a bit and racked up more closes in the mid-to-high 170lb range – but instead switched to TNS stuff. Got 7 strong MMS closes in the 174lb to 179lb range! PR for sure at that intensity level – in volume.
Definitely need to note that I have strayed away from testing – using info gleaned from Adam Glass’s Grip and Rip 2.1 DVD – in my last month’s worth of grip workouts. Not sure why I’ve done that but I think this workout was plenty of proof that I need to get my ass back to testing!

-153lb GNC250x1-both hands PR lefty! First time closing this beast with my left. It was a barely there close. Right hand was a different story though. Slammed it shut with total authority.

Really not a bad TNS workout after the very strong MMS work done righty. Want to get my 159lb RB330N shut again soon since it’s been late May when my last close happened.
