8-22-11: TNS, CCS, and MMS Grippers

8-22-11, Monday

TNS GRIPPERS

-Trainer-x5-both hands, -#2×1-both hands, -GNC200x1-both hands

-134lb Bone Crusher 300×1-both hands

-137lb #3×1-both hands     Strong close righty but barely got it lefty.

-153lb GNC250x1-both hands     Strong close on both hands!  First time I’ve got a strong close lefty – the other closes so far have been very weak, the just barely closed kind.

-151lb #3-MISS-right hand     Missed by 1/4″.  Wide #3 that gives me fits when it’s not all chalked up.  Even when it is chalked up it’s pretty hard to TNS close though.

-151lb #3-MISS-right hand     Missed by 1/8″.  See above.

-151lb #3-MISS-right hand     Again – missed by 1/8″.

-153lb GNC250x1-right hand, -MISS-left hand     Slammed it righty and missed by a sliver lefty.

-137lb #3×1-both hands     Both were solid closes – felt the handles touch.

CCS GRIPPERS

-151lb #3×1-right hand

-151lb #3-MISS-right hand     Missed by a sliver righty.

MMS GRIPPERS

-151lb #3×2-right hand     Missed the 3rd by a sliver.  Crappy performance.  Hands were getting tired way faster than usual.  Called the workout quits after my lefty closes.

-151lb #3 for 3 singles-lefty     Only one lefty close on the 151lb #3 was solid.  The rest were mediocre.

-137lb #3×2-left hand     Didn’t even attempt a 3rd.  Sad performance lefty.
