Been sick since Friday. This sucks! I’m missing valuable training time. Before I got sick on Friday, I had a very strong 2″ vbar workout…

-242×1-both hands
-277×1-both hands
-288×1-both hands
-301×1-left hand
-301×1-left hand

The 2nd pull at 301lbs was pulled about 5″!
