10-5-11: Blobs

10-5-11, Wednesday


Did a bunch of blob work after my 2-Hand Mouse Pinch workout and had good results.  Left hand always lags behind my right on anything pinch-related, so I used Jason Payne’s hex – weight is about 45lbs.  It is a different hex than what most guys lift though.  Might put up a picture of it.  It’s very noticeable when you’re actually lifting it though. 

-50 York-for 10 full lifts-right hand     Very strong blob workout righty!  Beats my previous volume PR by over double.

-Hex-for 6 loads to a 12″ platform…and 1 full lift-left hand     This is a challenge lefty!
