On August 14th I was 225.6lbs. So let’s just call that 226lbs.
Saturday, October 15th, I was 207.0lbs. Down about 19lbs in 8 weeks – thanks in part to Mike T. Nelson’s Metabolic Flexibility program. My strength hasn’t gone down at all with the weight loss.
I’ve still got at least 8lbs to go in 4 weeks to fit into the 199lb and under class at the Fall Grip Decathlon in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Another big goal I have at the contest is to be the first sub-200lb man to pull 300lbs on the 2″ Vertical Bar. The plates in that contest are calibrated too so that’s a bonus.
