Still training.  Have been doing more Griptopz Shallow Hub training in preparation for the Fall Grip Decathlon on November 12th.  I have already put about 4lbs on this lift.  Doesn’t sound like much – but it’s a low overall weight lift to begin with – and it’s 4lbs more and will earn me much needed points in the contest.

Did some one-arm Silverback Axle snatching (righty) yesterday and ended with a best lift of 101 pounds.

Really looking forward to the contest!  My weight is about 8lbs higher than it needs to be and I have 11 days to get to 199lbs.  Oh well.  I’ll either make it or I won’t.
